Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Payments
Payment must be made within the period specified in the quotation letter or as agreed in writing. No delivery shall be confirmed without complying with the agreed payment terms.

2. Prices
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All orders will be invoiced based on the current prices on the actual purchase date, and all purchase orders must reflect updated prices.

3. Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimated based on current raw material availability and manpower. ECC EMAR CORTBA is not liable for any losses resulting from delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to shortages in materials or labor.

4. Responsibilities
Products are manufactured to high quality standards and free from manufacturing defects. However, ECC EMAR CORTBA is not responsible for performance or failures resulting from improper application or misuse, as application is beyond our control.

5. Damages During Transport
If ECC EMAR CORTBA is responsible for shipping, insurance will cover all damages under international terms (all risks), including those caused by weather, strikes, riots, or war. Any shortages or damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

6. Packaging
Unless otherwise stated, all materials are supplied in sealed containers. Packaging specifications may change without prior notice.

7. Return of Non-Defective Goods
Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided materials are unused, in original sealed packaging with intact labels, and not custom-made. A copy of the purchase invoice must be submitted.

8. Return of Defective Goods
Defective goods (due to manufacturing or packaging faults) may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Materials damaged due to misuse or improper application (outside product datasheet guidelines) are not eligible. A copy of the purchase invoice is required.

9. Alternative Conditions
These terms apply to all sales unless otherwise agreed in writing between ECC EMAR CORTBA and the customer.

10. Arbitration
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
